Us and Them

This is gonna sound so strange. 

But I’ve lost the ability to yawn. I can open my mouth and try, but I actually can’t. And I pull a muscle in my throat every time I go to do it which is the most awful sensation ever. I’d rather deepthroat a chainsaw.

What is my body even doing?! I may as well be ready for embalming.
